BEST KETO DEVILED EGGS

DEVILED EGGS WITH BACON

Looking for a tasty party appetizer or a fast, low carb, protein filled snack? Try these deviled eggs with bacon! They are egg-citingly irresistible! Bon appétit!

INGREDIENTS
  1. 12 Large Eggs
  2. 1/2 Cup Low Carb Greek Yogurt or Mayonnaise
  3. 2 Teaspoons Dijon
  4. 2 Tablespoon Chives chopped
  5. 1/4 Cup Bacon cooked + crumbled
  6. 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  7. 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cover eggs with 1 1/2” of water in a large saucepan.
  2. Bring water to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, remove from heat and cover the saucepan with a lid.
  4. Set aside, and allow the eggs to cook like this for 18 minutes.
  5. While cooking, prepare a large bowl with ice and cold water.
  6. Remove eggs from the saucepan into the bowl of ice water with a slotted spoon.
  7. Allow them to chill for 5 minutes.
  8. Peel the eggs.
  9. Cut each egg in half lengthwise.
  10. Carefully remove the yolks from each egg and place it inside a large bowl.
  11. Add low carb Greek yogurt (or mayo), mustard, chives, bacon, cayenne pepper and salt and stir to combine.
  12. Use a spoon to add egg yolk combo to the center of each egg white.
  13. Sprinkle with bacon and chives, and enjoy!
