CAKE BATTER BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

Cake Batter Buttercream Frosting is a creamy buttercream frosting flavored with cake mix and sprinkles that is perfect for a fun birthday celebration.
INGREDIENTS

1. 1 pound (4 cups) of Powdered Sugar
2. 1 cup Softened Butter (We use Salted Sweet Cream Butter)
3. 1 cup Yellow Cake Mix
4. Up to 1/4 cup of Milk (add as needed)
5. Heaping 1/4 cup of Jimmies Sprinkles
6. Decorating Bags
7. Wilton 2D Decorating Tip
8. Food Scale
9. Mixer

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat Cake Mix in the oven and then allow to cool.
2. Combine powdered sugar and cake mix.
3. Add softened butter and mix.
4. Check consistency. Add 1 teaspoon of milk at a time until you get the desired consistency.
5. Add sprinkles last.
